Put the lid on. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Steam for 15 minutes at 120\u00baC.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Carefully remove the aubergines and place them face up in an ovenproof dish.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Remove the steam tray, remove the cooking water from inside the mixing bowl and insert the stirring attachment. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Add 50 ml of olive oil.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Heat the oil for 2 minutes at 120\u00baC and speed 1.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Add 100 g of peeled onion in medium pieces, 150 g of washed green pepper, also in medium pieces, and the peeled and chopped garlic clove.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cook for 10 minutes at 120\u00baC and speed 1.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Add 250 g of minced meat and the inside of the aubergines in medium pieces. Season to taste with salt and pepper.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cook for 10 minutes at 120\u00baC and speed 1.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Without removing the lid, add 50 ml of white wine through the filler hole, leaving it open so that the alcohol can evaporate in the next step.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Cook for 10 minutes at 120\u00baC and speed 1.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Place the stewed meat in a bowl and fill the aubergines with it. Add the grated cheese on top and sprinkle with oregano to taste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> Bake the aubergines in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
